No matter what a project demands, we’re committed to meeting our customers' needs. Improved milling and turning efficiency provides customers with not only a quick turnaround, but accurate parts. Machine turning spindles, milling spindles and X-axis core ball screw utilize temperature controlled circulated oil to enhance thermal stability. In addition, the milling spindles are monitored for heat, vibration and displacement as a preventive measure through the Intelligent Performance Spindle (IPS) module.
