Mazak Versatech V-140N Bridge Mill 12' x 20' x 6' Under Rail Utilizing the Mazak Versatech V-140N we machine large parts up to 60,000lbs. This multi-surface, 5-axis double column machine center does 50 hp and includes a 10,000 rpm spindle. Boring Mill Giddings & Lewis Horizontal Boring Mill - Line Bore 144" x 60" x 48" We’ve simplified the metal cutting process. Our horizontal boring mill allows us to cut large holes horizontally with extreme accuracy. CNC Machining 5-Axis Milling & Turning Our facility is equipped with high-tech milling and turning power houses: the Mazak Integrex - INTE-E420HST11, 18" x 72", Mazak Integrex i-200, 14" x 20", and the Mori Seiki Lathe NT 4250 DCG/1500SZ, 18" x 50". 30 Ton Cranes Heavy-Duty Crane Power Do your parts require heavy lifting? No problem. Our 30 ton cranes enable us to lift and hoist heavy materials and machinery with ease. Our advanced equipment is integral to our ability to work on practically any sized project. Welding & Fabrication Robotic Welding Centers Our two robotic welding centers: Robots - Lincoln Robotic Cell Fanuc Robot Arc Mate 100iBe and Robots - Motoman Robotic Welding Cell & Positioner allow us to weld large parts with optimal precision and accuracy.
